About
I am so happy you're here! I'm Meghan and I'm happily addicted to personal development, big thinking, and love for all humanity!
“To be inspired and loving, enjoy the present and create lasting change for my life and others."
For over a decade I had a burning desire to create a life I love. I have now happily achieved an opportunity with a company I love, an opportunity that allows me to level up daily, encourages entrepreneurship and I am now working on experiencing even more love, joy, happiness, and abundance.
In addition to creating a life I love, I am passionate helping others have the courage to create a life they love!
Have you ever considered creating a life you love a personal goal? If not, I encourage you to invest some time now in considering what that could look like for you.
To give you a better understanding of my past 12 years, here are some of the conscious choices and habits I have developed one tiny tweak at a time:
– Choosing to give back: volunteering my time and donating to a organizations that promote provide basic human needs while also promoting the idea of continuing to develop a growth mindset
– Choosing to travel when it feels right to whatever destination has been calling me
– Choosing to enjoy personal services ( think nails, hair, spa treatments) because IMHO it FEELS AHHH~MAZING to pamper myself and my loved ones
– Choosing alternative health care options: think chiropractic, floating, massage, meditation, pranic healing, and more!
For as many years as I’ve craved experiencing all these services regularly I’ve had to learn financially, and personally how I can create and balance everything I want while also covering all my needs, and living abundantly not in scarcity.
Throughout my journey for figuring out how I can “have it all” one of the biggest takeaways is that happiness is intrinsic, meaning it comes from within.
I know I am not the only one guilty of buying into certain fads or trendy ideas, thinking that when I made more money, moved into a different place, had a new phone, etc I would be happy.
I have learned after failed relationships, business opportunities, and thousands of dollars invested that financial means (or, using debt to finance it like I have done in the past) doesn’t give you the feeling of happiness.
Keeping up with the Jones, and getting the bill the next month, or working a job you hate to afford your lifestyle and wait for your next raise, will not eventually turn unhappiness, resentment, anger or frustration magically into happiness.
To develop your own version of a happy life you must choose daily to learn to cultivate a love of growth, and get to work implementing tiny tweaks in your daily life that, as they compound together, give you that very life you are dreaming of!
Forever wishing you Health and Happiness!
